The Mercedes-Benz Fleet Program is an opportunity for eligible business organizations with company owned or externally managed fleet/executive vehicles to enjoy the selection and value that drives fleet decisions. The fleet incentive varies by vehicle &/or year and is deducted from the transaction price of the vehicle.
 
If you have decided that your company will participate in the program, you first need to apply for a Corporate Account Number (CAN) from Mercedes-Benz. To qualify for a CAN, the following criteria must be met:   A company must have 15 or more vehicles (any make or model, owned or leased) currently registered in the company name. Registrations must be currently active

- OR -
 
A company must have purchased or leased and have currently registered 5 or more new vehicles (any make or model) in the company name during the current or preceding calendar year, or current or preceding Model Year   Once approved, your company will receive a Corporate Account Number (CAN) allowing select employees to purchase vehicles through the program. Incentives are based on dollar amounts and paid from the first vehicle purchased after qualifying with MBUSA.
 
To qualify for the program your company must first submit a completed Corporate Account Enrollment Form, along with the appropriate vehicle registrations, to Mercedes-Benz. Once approved, you´ll be provided with a Corporate Account Number (CAN)**

EXECUTIVE ALLOWANCE BONUS
 
The Executive Allowance Bonus Program (EAB) is a substantial enhancement to the Mercedes-Benz of Larchmont Fleet Program.

With the current trend now seeing firms provide their key employees with vehicle allowances rather than company cars, the EAB is available exclusively to executives, managers and sales representatives who receive an individual vehicle allowance (employee-owned) as part of their compensation package. Perhaps most significant, EAB enables eligible personnel to take advantage of the identical fleet incentives that are conventionally reserved only for company-owned or leased vehicles.
To qualify, an executive of a participating company must complete an authorized Executive Allowance Bonus Incentive form available through one of our sales consultants. A control number will be issued and the appropriate model-specific incentive will be deducted from the purchase price at the time of sale.
